This review is for the swimming school and not the pool itself.nnThis swimming school used to be good and our children have had swimming lessons there over the years. But the new management has virtually undermined all that.nAfter two months of emails and phone calls most of which went unanswered we could not make the manager understand that our son would like two lessons in a week. They sent the confirmation of enrolment to the wrong email address and it took a few weeks of email and calls to point this out. We were enrolled but didn’t know.nAfter realising this mistake, the manager still managed to miss my son’s name on the list for the days agreed on. It was extraordinary!!nI have lived in Australia for 35 years now and have never seen incompetence at this level.
Avoid getting swimming lessons there. The manager in this section is disrespectful and extremely disorganized. Due to her behavior and the poor communication, we had to take our son to another pool. My son frequently missed sessions because, for no apparent reason, his name wasn't on the list, yet they continued to withdraw money from our account. She wasn't replying to emails or answering calls. Honestly, this was the first time I've encountered a manager like her.
It has had a pretty impressive upgrade since the last time I was here 2011nStaff at the pool are very professional and friendly. Toilets and change rooms are very different and pretty cool. Hoping to visit again next time im in Darwin

ok first of all BEST POOL IN DARWIN AND ALSO LIFE GAURDS R SO CHILL AND NICE LIKE AMAZING 5 STARS ALSO THE LIFE GUARDS R FR LIFE SAVERS LIKE WHEN I DROPPED MY ICE CREAM ON THE GROUND THEY GAVE ME A NEW ONE WIHOUT ME NEEDING TO OAY CAUSE I DIDNT EVEAN GET TO LICK MY OTHER ONE LOVE THIS PLACE!!!!!!
