We specialise in cross training and are dedicated to providing our members and the wider community with the latest innovations in health and fitness.
Paramount caters for a wide range of fitness levels and offers the oppurtunity to train in a friendly, non - threatening environment.
Along with our hugely successful Boot Camp program we have established many other indoor and outdoor training programs with similar success. The 35 day Body transformation challenge, Zero Tolerance 14 day fitness and nutritional DETOX challenge , GTFC group training fitness challenge and the Parathon to name a few.
We utilise Kettlebells, rowers, TRX suspension bands, Battling ropes, Spin bikes, Boxing equipment, Indian weighted Clubs, Dumbbells, barbells, treadmills, arm bikes, gymnastic rings, weighted vests, War machines, medicine balls, body weight and much more in our sessions for maximum results and variety.
