Excellent service. I've got my CX-9 today and am very happy with my choice not just the car, but their staff! Sales staff Shaffic was very helpful and easy to deal with and he quote me a great value of my previous car for trade in. The business manager Belinda helped me to get finance option without hassle. The entire purchasing process was seamless and flawless. I am more than happy to highly recommend Paradise Mazda and their staff. Five star service!!!

Poor service experience for my CX5 today 6th May. GPS not been updated last time even after request. While doing booking my fourth service on phone last week I requested to the person again for GPS update. And he confirmed that there is no charge for that as my car is still under 5 years warranty period. While pickup my car service executive said  to my wife it’s not been done because it’s not free. I would like to rate them  with No  . And I would also  like to share my car pictures for people reference . As they have just washed and vacuumed my car. And I have paid $460 for for first paid service at this esteemed Mazda dealership..

The team at Paradise Mazda were wonderful to deal with. Shaffic was our original sales person and he went above and beyond for us to make sure we got the right car that suited our family. Megan from finance was also extremely knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. We also dealt with Daniel who made the impossible possible and made sure we got our car on time. Finally a thank you to Jake for delivering my car and walking me through it. Extremely grateful for the service we received at Paradise Mazda.

Remember coming there years ago for a quote on a Mazda 6 saying I was only looking and will buy in next couple of months. There was some guy named Frank I think that was so rude when I wasn’t happy with the price and brushed me off. Never forgot that and have told everyone I know not to go to paradise motors Mazda. Hopefully the other sales people are nicer than him

Went with a friend to test drive the Mazda CX30. She bought it!! Sammi was exceptional with fantastic customer service,  no pushing for sales, just friendly, laid back service, highly recommended. I'll go back when I upgrade.
