I called Wednesday requesting something to be sent through to me, the receptionist was polite and helpful and said she'd find out for me. I got sent what I needed by a doctor with no issue, despite my previous doctor no longer working at the clinic. In previous experiences I've been scorned for expecting any form of assistance without an appointment but this simple request was fulfilled and it was a pleasant experience. This experience has made me confident in continuing to use this practice! Thanks guys keep up the good service
Had an appointment at 4:36 PM. I rang 10 minutes out saying I was going to be a few minutes late. My call never got answered. I was on hold the whole time. So I walked into the clinic. 2 minutes late stood in line and waited for 3 to 4 minutes to be told by the receptionist that the Doctor had gone home. They said they rang and left a message at 1.07pm but couldn't tell me what the massage was. My phone rang once and they reckon they left a message.There was no message and then they couldn't tell me what it was, 3.5 hours before my appt. So I had to turn around and book another appointment the next day. Squeezed in between people. I like my doctor but I hate the way that this practice is run. They had no consideration for my time. The receptionist didn't even really care.
I went to see Dr T today for the first time, looking for a new doctor as mine had left, and he told me point blank that he wouldn't take me on as l am too complexed. He said we are a place that get patients in and out real quick. So much for caring doctors. It's all about the money.
I took my 2 year old to see this doctor for a second opinion on her eye and he was fantastic, very gentle and playful with her gave me the right medication and explained what was going on with her perfectly reassured me and even comforted her said hello and goodbye to her and was just a pleasure to have an appointment with. My daughter is on the spectrum and doesn't like doctors especially if they don't treat her like a person and communicate with her, we will be back to see him again. Great work doc
Excellent! We saw Dr Thomas Van Wyngaard and I couldn't be happier.nHe spoke to my 10yo daughter she was the patient unlike other doctors who only address the parents.nHe had her laughing and feeling at ease. He also took the time to educate her on why antibiotics shouldn't be prescribed willy-nilly, and why her body coughs. Best of all... he was on time!!!
