Bad diner-strange happenings, I walked in with my brother by my side and some how I lost him in there!  I had to drive his car to the job! Still 255 days later no sign of my brother! I think the ladies chopped him up and served him in breaky rolls on Saturday! I’m in the process of filing a police report! In hind sight I had my suspicions about the two grumpy old ladies! especially the large kiwi lady! Best advice would be drive strength into Pinjarra and stop at the Pinjarra Bakery!, you will enjoy old fashioned service, be greeted as you walk in by three happy young ladies, and receive a fine service and great food.

Dont know how hard it is, but the standards of this place are not much to be desired....  - I ordered a Ned Kelly Pie, ended up with a plain beef pie!should of tried it before I left the store I guess,  -I ordered my wife a skinny latte. Took a few attempts for the girl to get the order correct on the till. The coffee was apparently scalding hot, tasted rancid and had no sign of any sweetners put in it2x sweetners were ordered  -My coffeeflat white was alright, but the coffee beans used were extremely bitterand I love strong coffee!.  Quite likely wont stop there again, let alone recommend the place.

Was told half hour .... On a Wednesday night it's taken them 3 phones calls and a hour and 45 mins to deliver a cold pizza with soggy cold chips with the wrong dipping sauce. I had work so could barley way it anyway. Few years ago it was great... Now it's just garbage. Bring back Miami bakehouse and hire more drivers. Pizza is cold each time and I'm 3 mins from your store

Great service, plenty of menu choice, great coffee. Indoor/outdoor dining. Definitely worth a visit.

Hey guys!  Ordered food tonight for the family, We spoke to Tom over the phone and was super polite. When we went in we were greeted with a warm welcoming from everyone. All staff were absolutely amazing and really chatty : This is the best customer service i have seen in a very long time, Well done guys amazing job : Keep up the good work!  p.s. the food was amazeballs!  12/10 Rating! :

Staff were friendly and the service was incredibly efficient. My meal came out incredibly fast! I ordered the Pappy's Cheeseburger and was really impressed! The pattie was well cooked and seasoned,  the bun nice and crisp,  a good amount of pickles that really added to the burger and just enough sauce to not overwhelm everything else.  Love that you can choose what sauce you want, allows for more variety. Was left full and satisfied, however still waiting another burger to taste. The coffee here is also really good! We'll be back next time we're on our way through!

Disappointed! Not a great selection and when my order was ready, I had to wait until the staff had finished their personal conversation and mucking around and after I had to ask did I get my order, which had been sitting there for a good 10 mins!!! P.S it was not busy either!!! Won't bother again,  will go next door to the petrol station for my food next time!!!

Not sure what's gone wrong with this place but the last couple of Pizzas I have purchased have been sub par. BBQ mega meat lovers with no BBQ sauce just now.  Its become disappointing

Great place ,great food, great service. Relaxed ,good for anytime of the day, great for catchups. Definitely worth a visit. Coffee very good.

After years of enjoying Pappys, I am sad to say I will not be returning. The toasted sandwiches were cold and one had a blue fibre in it that looked like a hair. My mother's coffee was burnt and undrinkable and my hot chocolate was like drinking hot water. Very disappointing.
