I also my meal at Pappa Rich as the quality is consistent with a good range of dishes at competitive prices. Recommend the Roti Canai with chicken curry and the Lychee Lime Drink.
Get really busy but our order came out surprisingly quick! Good customer service. We liked the food also. Keep it up.
Food was great in quality. We enjoyed the lunch at PappaRich Macquarie on Monday. It is also child friendly. However we were not provided with all cutleries we needed for our meal. Otherwise I still recommend this restaurant.
I had a problem with one of my dishes a day before this review. I pointed it out to waitstaff who then immediately sorted out the problem both refund and replacement of dish. They didn't have to do that at all but that the fact that they did without causing any fuss is worth 5 stars.
Food is appealing and they do a good job of getting all the Malaysian staples down e.g char kway teoh. They could work on their customer service and I’m not a fan of ordering from a notepad seems a bit odd
Takes lot of time to enter despite of non peak hours... order need to be checked properly....ordered Eggless noodles . But it served with egg on it. Overall ots ok
