I am really disappointed with my recent visit where I ordered the Roti Chanai with chicken. The chicken was undercooked, and the single roti served did not justify the price of $16.50. Additionally, the taste of the Roti Chanai didn't even come close to the ones I’ve enjoyed at other Malaysian restaurants. Wasted my money eating there.
I am usually quite understanding and patient when it comes to hospitality service. However, I have placed orders at this establishment four times since they opened, and they consistently fail to get my orders right. The first time, I ordered six main dishes worth over $100, but they only provided five out of the six. It is frustrating to wait for more than 30 minutes for my order, only to wait an additional 10-15 minutes for the missing dishes. The entire staff lacks attention to detail and appears to have received inadequate training. On two to three occasions, I requested double servings of food, but they only prepared one serving each time, resulting in another lengthy wait. Now, on the exact date of July 6th around 5:40pm, I ordered the simplest dish, Roti Canai with curry chicken, along with an extra serving of Roti Canai. However, they neglected to include the additional Roti Canai. I informed them about my previous negative experiences at this store, but their response lacked sincerity. When I asked for my order, I had to personally check the counter to confirm if it was mine, which it was. After giving this place a go I don’t think I will come back to this place again! The food lacked in flavour, some dishes are not as great as other papparich establishment out there. There’s a lot of improvement that needs to be done to this place
I had a fantastic time at Papa Rich in Dandenong Junction. The food was delicious, and you can tell they use quality ingredients. The staff were super friendly and helpful. It's a great place to enjoy authentic Malaysian cuisine. I'll definitely be going back!
I am so disappointed about my ordernI ordered Nasigo rice, the portion is enough only for a kid. Very little but over priced. When I asked in 500 ml container which is normally other restaurants give the rice portion charged $17.50 only for rice and $8.50 for chicken but no omlet and cucumber which usually comes with.
Compliments to the best teh tarik in town!nThe Curry Laksa has a rich in flavour but too oily and I’m not really enjoyed it. Hopefully they will make it less oily next time
