I popped in a couple of weeks back just to get some info on a bike i'm keen to buy. The gentleman that helped me (tom I think??) was very friendly, professional and helpful. I've also had heavier and uglier bikes. I was a bit amazed by the terrible review i read so I'm putting it out there that I really liked the service i received...and the bikes!

Ridiculously heavy bikes. These guys also don't understand the word 'SERVICE' they live a dreamworld of the 20th century when you can be rude to your customers which seems to be standard with a lot of the staff at papillionaire, I would never recommend this to bike to anyone not just because of the service but because it weighs a ton and if your skinny guy like me good luck carting this ugly thing around.
