Great service and a very good place for lunch meals. The food was fresh and delicious! It's my favourite local Thai restaurant and I was never disappointed by their dishes.
A lovely place to wine and dine, catch up with friends etc. The food is excellent. Never had a bad dish. Close to a Catholic church and hotels plus take away places. Walk around the street from there and find a bargain or 2. Vegetarian options: There are vegetable dishes or rice dishes with no meat. Kid-friendliness: Kids are welcome, plenty of space to dine either indoors or outdoors. Parking: Parking on the street only if you can find a spot. Close to public transport to save walking. Wheelchair accessibility: It's a flat surface getting in and out of Papaya.
Love the food here. Although may deviate those from Thailand, the freshness of ingredients used was top-notch. Try the fried Baramundi with Chilli and basel.
Okay lunch prices, but if the prices are higher when it's not on the lunch special, I don't think I would eat here with so many better options just up the road. Parking: It's very hard to find parking. If you do it's limited or you got to pay.
The service was okay. But the coffee was watery and below standard. The sauce was good but the portion of rice was mingy, that made it a bit too salty.
It's a nice place with friendly staff. There are outdoor and indoor seats. There's a serve yourself water as well. Make sure to come early, it gets really crowded with long que. I had the papaya noodle on one visit and it's really good. I tried the laksa as well, it is ok. There is a toilet. Dietary restrictions: The staff is happy to check the ingredients with the kitchen, so can make the safe choices.
Second time ordering here, I get the Penang curry and what I like the most is how much chicken you get, its a really nice feed. my partner had the pad Thai last time and it was packed with flavour! Delivery speedy, can’t complain :
Good food but service just ok , especially the cashier girl always keep the change for her own . If you give the big note to pay your bill , don’t forget to ask for your changes back . Otherwise she will just give you a big smile and a goodbye. That’s it .
Super tasty vegetarian Laksa soup. It would have been absolutely perfect if it was 100% vegan That being said, the staff were friendly and accommodating even when they were getting prepared to close down.
The worst sate sauce ever - really sweet and no depth of flavor. And ever worse, the Som Tum salad with my main had *no* dried shrimp or chilli flavour chilli was visible but had no heat at all.
