NO.1 bakery so far for me in Geelong, I can tell. Great. Thumbs up for everything, bread, coffee, service with big smile and even vibe! Especially bread was extremely great, nicely chewy, smooth, crunch , pretty much all factors ticked on!
Great pastries and bread. We popped in at 8.00am Christmas Eve and managed to snag some mixed croissants and mince tarts $20 per 6. Pastries were very good but we found the regular sized coffee a bit milky. Edit: our receipt wasn't itemised but it seems like coffee is $4, croissants $5.50-7.
Been to this place once during COVID and finally decided to come back. So good to see people bustling around. Definitely a spot to go when you want a good quality bread and pastry. The one that stood up the most was their focaccia! How could a focaccia be so fluffy Definitely coming back for more! Reasonably priced too! #bulgogi_n_rendang
While visiting Geelong, my daughter a local and I dropped by this cafe/ fresh bread/ coffee shop. It had excellent coffee and the best almond croissant I’ve had. It became my go to place for the next three weeks. The bread is amazing, made fresh daily. A must try place!
These guys do great & yummy pastries & coffee! Their spelt sour dough is very good too. Very friendly service also!
We went there quite late like about 10am and left croissant and ham and cheese croissant. Both are really good. I can taste the butter. Comparable to Agathe but this is more softer/delicate. Love them as well. Coffee was good, we really enjoyed them. Might need to come earlier next time to try the others.
Nice little bakery/caffetteria close to my friend so I tried many times. Good bread but pastry and coffee are not consistent. For example I had pastry that was dry, over cook or raw inside but sometimes good. Cannoli siciliani are nice.
The best bakery/Cafe in Geelong. Every single time the staff are super friendly, and the food is insanely good. Great coffee as well! We don't go anywhere else for our bread or treats anymore. Love ya work guys

By far the best coffee shop in Geelong! I make sure to go everyday even if it means driving past others along the way. The owner Matt is always so friendly and greets you with a welcoming smile and his staff are so on top of the orders that it runs so smoothly in there even at the busiest of times. James makes a killer coffee and always makes time to have a chat to the customers to ensure they feel loved and not like just another number through the door. The coffee is amazing, the food is way too delicious and the customer service is always 5 stars no matter who you get!! Highly recommend Pane di Matteo’s
