I was assisted by Desiree from Pandora Marion and shes a gem. She saw me wearing my 1 piece rose gold heart and So she asked me, I told her what happened and she offered me with a brilliant solution. I left the Pandora shop in Marion with a full smile on my face . Indeed I am happy. She also secured me about making purchases overseas at any Pandora shops that I go to. Desiree you are an asset in that shop. Continue making people smile
My dear mother and I use to have a coffee there every week and to catch up some gossip on how I am coping with her husband and being alone with him and I would always tell her the truth. She never misses out on anything that I have said to her. Since then ,she had passed away with old age. She was privately cremated and her ashes are with her young daughter, which is myself. I will keep her promise to take her ashes back to the Adelaide Hills where her brother,Leslie and parents are buried. Haven't quite decided yet what to do with her ashes. Eventually I will take her ashes back to the Adelaide Hills when the weather will be suitable to do that last chore.
The staff here were excellent, I took back a piece of jewellery that had snapped and because it was no longer made they offer me the choice of another bracelet or charms to the same value. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the shop was very clean and tidy. Would definitely recommend this shop if your looking for Pandora jewellery
Visited the Marion store today to purchase a bracelet I saw on Instagram. The original item wasn't suited to me as I am low vision, and have trouble with clasps. Sabrina showed me alternative options & explained how they worked. She was absolutely amazing & assisted me in choosing items I could easily use. So many store staff struggle with recognizing & understanding disabilities that are mostly invisible. Often I leave stores with incorrect sizing or items as I cannot see if I've purchased the correct size etc. Thank you Sabrina...you made my day!
Walked in this afternoon to look for a gift for my daughters up coming 18th. 3 girls working in store. Only myself at the time. Not one of them acknowledged me or bothered to say hello. They continued talking amongst themselves. Couldn't wait to get out of the store.. Shame as I wanted to buy something special.
I had exceptional customer service here by their team member Jai. For a 35yo male, shopping for his 10yo niece, I had very little idea BUT Jai talked me through ideas, different options and put together an amazing package for me, at a great price within my budget. Customer Service like this is not very common anymore but it made my shopping experience here a fantastic one and something I will share with family and friends. Well Done and Thank you Jai @ Pandora.
Staffs are attentive and know their products well. The place is crowded, so it is best to know what to get before you go. Not suitable for casual browsing, hoping to find something that you like type of shopping.
Little diaspointing, my partner and I walked to the door just before 9pm Thursday night and was turned around and told no more customers when we knew what we wanted and it would have only taken a minute or two to do the transaction. We will take our business elsewhere from now on.
Average serice from what I call a premium brand. We visited Marion store. The lady who kept giving me the rings to try kept giving me a ring saying it was the size I needed. They all kept being too big or too small. After not listening to what I was saying when it didn't fit giving me a bigger size when I said it didn't fit, when it was actually the wrong size ring in the wrong bag she eventually checked them and found they nothing what I was after in my size. I also asked for a ring with a light blue stone that I had seen online, she told me it was the same as the one she showed me, after me showing her the photo she said it was the same just the photo online made it look lighter. I looked again after I left. I was asking for the match droplet ring and she was trying to sell me the December droplet ring. My husband went to colonades to get me the rings we had looked at but hopefully in my size. When I got the rings two of them were bigger than the others.. We went all the way to the city. Got amazing service and fixed it all straight away. Revived premium service there. I feel like the size issue is a major problem for you guys. Shouldn't be that hard. Having staff check the sizing before sending home with your customers. We visited in a non peak season also so very disappointing that nothing I wanted was in-store at Marion.
I initially went to Pandora at Colonnades for a particular charm. The charm wasn't in stock but I was told that Marion had 4. I then drove to Marion to find out that they also didn't have any in stock. While it wasn't Marion's fault that I was told incorrectly I was informed rather abruptly they didn't have any. After questioning if there was anyway to get it they didn't offer to order it in initially I placed an order for it. I was assured it would be in WITHIN 2 weeks- I was having a baby in 2 weeks time and this charm was for a gift for someones birthday while I was going to be in hospital. The person's birthday came and past. I found our phone calls weren't getting returned and when we did speak to someone we were told that they always say 3 weeks for charms to be ordered in, not 2. After more than 3 weeks, and trying to call a couple times to get through, we were told that it had come in the day before and they had rung me. I didn't have any voice messages or missed calls at all, and I had also left my husband's number incase I wasn't able to answer. I found the whole experience frustrating and I wonder if they would have even tried to call 'again'. My husband picked it up for me and it wasn't even gift wrapped and they didn't offer to do it. I will NEVER be shopping at marion store again. Extremely poor service and made me rethink my feelings toward Pandora as a whole.
