Women all over the world love PANDORA. We created this Facebook page in order to facilitate communication between fans, and to enable as much dialogue as possible between PANDORA and fans.

Please find below a few guidelines we all follow to maintain a pleasant and respectful environment.

Please note that violation of the guidelines can cause posts and comments to be removed without any further notice.

We support the Facebook Statement of Rights and Responsibilities and related Facebook policies, and we expect participants in the dialogue on our page to do the same.

We encourage open, lively conversation with a few, simple rules:

- Please do not use the PANDORA Facebook page for promoting other Facebook groups or pages, blogs, websites, video channels, or for collecting votes, likes, points, or anything similar on own and/or third-party pages or websites.

Shop was a little busy when walking in, we were happy to walk around and wait for service. However, when a shop assistant called Sharon seemed to be free, my girlfriend approached her to ask a simple question to which she replied “I’m with a customer, go wait in the queue”. I found Sharon to be quite rude, If your job is in customer service, surely it should be a requirement that you are polite and courteous. We buy quite a lot from Pandora and love the store but we’re really disappointed with how we were treated on this occasion.
After a long day I found my self in a little trouble with my order but luckily Frankie came to my rescue. She supported myself with fixing the issue all while being so kind, supportive and understanding. I can’t thank Frankie enough, we need more Frankie’s in the world.

Very slow service and instead of letting you in and looking around they make you line up which then makes you outside in the way of the passing traffic, also to add i did click and collect to make it faster to go in and out cause i had somewhere to be and they still send me to the back of the line
Was served by a nice person called Frankie and although it was pretty busy we got the best customer service.
The rose gold plating has worn off my bangle and I found staff dismissive and unhelpful. I won’t go there again and am so disappointed in latest products that I’m giving up Pandora after many years.
Sharon at the Indooroopilly store is so amazing. Give her a raise please
Poor customer service. Bought a ring for wife which happened to come with a gift bracelet. Ring was not her style and according to store policy we could return the ring and swap. The bracelet came with any purchase over a certain amount. Bracelet was also too small and did not fit. As we bounced between two Pandora stores our last choice was to return the ring for a refund. The store demanded the bracelet had to be returned as well due to the refund? This bit I don't understand. Back to my first statement, both stores were not willing to help and demanded the original receipt, the one they gave me was not the original apparently - again makes no sense. Happy to take your money and that's were the service ends.
Staff her is so polite and helpful, they will give you time to decide, not pushing at all. Also give suggestions as long as you tell them what you seem to like. Happy customer here
Even though I was only visiting to exchange an item bought online for a different size, the ladies here were more than accommodating and happy to take their time. Great customer service like this is an investment in return business.
