Awesome customer service. Only store to purchase any pandora. If you want A1 service go see Sharron and her team, if you have any faulty products ,This team is who to see. After my experience with this store there is no other store in the world that I will buy from. I hope Sharron never leaves there. She gives old school customer service.
After the worst experience at Pac fair pandora today I came to Helensvale and was welcomed by the lovely staff here they had a queue system which I think was efficient for the time of the year I was served bu a lovely young lady Jordynn who was fast and efficient thank you
Why is it when you walk into any Pandora shop and the customer service isn't good. All they do is just stand behind the counter and have there chit chat. Why should the customer come up to the counter and ask for help? Sorry but that's not good customer service, you really need to be trained properly in how to do customer service properly.

If you are wanting good service I wouldn’t recommend going to this store, the staff are rude and have no interest in serving you unless you are going to buy. I also asked to exchange some items purchased from another Pandora store and the staff member got really aggressive and told me to go back to that store and that they Pandora helensvale will never exchange unless it was purchased from them .
I had the most amazing experience with Isadora on Sunday. It was my first time at the store. My first purchase. She was patient and explain everything that I asked. I was planning to get just a ring, but I bought more than. I can wait to get more charms, and rings and everything. I really recommend ISadora to help you.
2 other chicks working at the time get the 4 stars the chick Emily maybe fooling them into thinking she's working but as a customer I picked up on it. she was picking up random jewellery showing her friends and having a great old conversation with them about their weekend and random stuff. I was more than happy to wait my turn to be served but once I picked up on they were have friends who actually had no interest in buying any jewellery it annoyed me that I had to wait.
