Did NOT expect to find a Pandora on Queenstown, much less find that 90% of the Harry Potter collaboration charms were still available!! Had a lot of fun bouncing ideas off of Lydia, the sale assistant who helped me out with coming up with what I feel is an awesome Harry Potter bracelet. Thank you!!! Great service from the ladies here, but expect to wait if there are many people. The attention you get though, from start to finish is wonderful.
I went to this store with my boyfriend and asked respectfully to that grey hair lady that works there if would be possible for us to try different ring sizes. Unfortunately, she only let me try two different sizes and tried to guess my boyfriend`s size not letting him try anything in the store. I was aiming to buy a set of rings for our anniversary, but not there anymore. I felt like we were not respected as costumers and felt like she was serving us in a hurry because she thought we were not able to afford anything. Really unfortunate and disappointing. Hope this store find professionals that will keep up with the brand that Pandora is.
Would NEVER purchase anything from this store ever again and will definitely recommend others to stay away!!! Extremely rude older staff member with no customer service ability. After since reading other reviews I’m surprised she’s still working there! I rung my local store in Palmerston North after the experience and they were amazing and helped me over the phone.
An older lady we have her name was very rude & unfair when serving my family. We could see that her tone and attitude changed once serving people of her colour. We were browsing the store and looking in cabinets and she interrupted us, placing stock from elsewhere in the store to show others on top of a cabinet only we were browsing. When we asked her for help, she rudely dismissed us and continued helping others even though we were clearly in that space/area first, waiting for assistance. Thankfully we were served by a nicer, younger lady who had witnessed what happened.
Had a really terrible experience here with my partner. We were greeted into the store by the older staff member CATHY. She said nothing and I literally had to stare at her for 2 minutes for her to come over to help us. And she responded “ oh you should have just told me to come over, I was waiting for you to ask for help “ in a rude condescending tone. It’s not a customers job to do customer service? Why should anyone get this treatment in store especially when people could be looking to spend a load of money. Whoever hired CATHY should take a long hard look into her customer service etiquette and question whether she is gonna make the store a better place. I’m 19 with no retail experience and I’m sure I could show customers more hospitality than her.
The customer service was really poor, elder women with glasses was rude and not helpful
I came in yesterday to use a gift voucher and I was served by Lydia and she was so lovely, very helpful! I had a ring that was damaged from a previous purchase and she told me to bring the ring back in and they will sort it. I came back in today and was served by Anna and she was so helpful! Nothing was an issue with either ladies! Fully recommend these ladies to help you with any of your purchases in the future :-
Rude older staff member. Went in there to buy a ring for my birthday and wasn’t allowed to use my birthday discount on it unless I bought a charm that I didn’t want. She refused and argued with me about using my discount which I didn’t get to use. Not going back here and have seen her be rude to other customers too.
Made an online order and the product turned out to be not what I expected - no big deal because Pandora has a good and easy returns policy. Staff were short upon returning the item instore and then very rude again on the phone with a further question I had. Pretty dissappointing experience altogether.
I bought one of charm But it really broken faster than what I had any charms So sad I have no idea because I threw guarantee away..would you fix it?
