I had a very poor experience. Had to go back to get my hair fixed even after showing 4-5 different pictures of what I wanted. 
If you're after a balayage, I don't recommend you go here at all. Not to mention the fact that it took 8.5 hours the first time and 5.5 hours the second time to fix the mistake. The 'fix' burnt my hair to the point where all the ends were crispy and dead and I didn't get offered a cut to remove the dead ends that they created. 
They ruined my jumper with their carelessness, I ended up with bleach spots on it. And the manager hasn't even called me back to discuss, I left several messages and sent a letter.  That's extremely poor service.

I got my hair cut today and m really happy with it.The staff is really good.People are friendly and nice.I would love to go again soon.
