Libraries are FREE! Membership is free to all Territory residents.

Libraries aren’t only for books! Not only are we in it for the love of books, the City of Palmerston Library also offers eBooks, eAudio books, magazines, e-Magazines, DVDs, CDs, graphic novels and audio books. PLUS an extensive range of e-Resources. We even have the Home Service where we can bring the library to those otherwise unable to access the library - there is truly something for everyone!

Libraries aren’t always quiet! Join the Palmerston Library for weekly children's programs for newborn bubs right up to 5 years. Build a love of reading and learning with our Frillies Club reading program and come along to monthly events!

Libraries are tech savvy! Jump on one of our public PCs or connect to the net via WiFi - availble 24/7. Come in and photocopy, fax, print or laminate. The City of Palmerston Library also has a Wii and Xbox!! Why not learn more about the world of technology and other useful skills with our Computer Sessions.
