Excellent service with a personal touch. In future I won't look anywhere else for whatever my glass needs. The quote was half the price of a well known glazier in the Chatswood/Willoughby area.

We had Palmers Glass do our shower screens, bathroom mirrors and most importantly a new glass roof in our en-suite. Rob and the team knew exactly what to do, their prices were very competitive and nothing was an issue for them. Highly recommend them for all your glass needs.

Incredibly poor customer service. I needed glass cut to size. After 2 attempts, still doesn’t fit and rude emails. No attempt to make sure the paying customer is happy, even when I offered to pay extra to have the issue resolved.  Have taken business elsewhere to get it fixed.

Highly expensive, less efficiency at work. No cooperation for customers. Not recommending at all.
