I have pro’s & cons.  The jerk chicken with pineapple mango salsa with double rice/peas was very good.  The cons  I ordered a coconut treat & it was hard as a brick see video. How can you sell something so old & hard.  I ordered 2 Pattie’s they were alright. One seemed to be a bit old.  Google said they opened at 10:00. I walked in and the lady yelled out we are closed. We open at 10:30. No good morning apology. 2 customers showed up and went and ordered next door. I almost left and got something else but said let me give them a chance.

I brought thiscake dinner and the collard greens egg rolls! The crab cakes wasn’t edible so I had to throw them away! I wasted my money! I live in Suffolk, so not only did I waste my money in food I waste my gas!

I Do not recommend this place. I knew I should have went right back out the door when I noticed the place didn’t smell like food. The people acted like they didn’t want to take my order, like they didn’t want to be there, They made me feel like I was bothering them and I was doing something wrong, and I was trying my best to ignore it. The most important thing the food was gross I got 3 different things and they were all gross I wasted $80. Please don’t waste your money.

Ok I got two large oxtails dinner plates that came up to $54. Ok we know y’all high and all but if you’re gonna charge these kind of prices then the Quality of your food needs to be a lot better. I’ve had better oxtails from jerk sauce ‍ But don’t worry I won’t be back.

My food was really good. Despite some of the negative reviews, I gave it a try and I was impressed. I ordered to much thinking that my plate would not be enough, but it was just enough to be content. I had the stew chicken and it was surprisingly nice and tender. I will order again in the future.

Made to perfection! The Shrimp Roti is amazingly good. I ordered it for the first time on Friday. It was so good, I returned on Saturday and placed an order for me and my husband to eat for dinner. My husband was impressed. We will be returning back to Palm Tree Caribbean Cafe to try the Goat Roti.

I got one word for you.... Delicious. Man I have never had any better jerk chicken. The mango pineapple jerk sauce chicken is scrumptious. Mm mm mm.

Got the jerk chicken roti. Chicken was delicious… wasn’t crazy about the roti. It was not very soft. I’d get the chicken again not the roti.

The food is actually decent, prefer them over other Jamaican places in the area but every time I go the prices change depending on who’s ringing you up. I get a large jerk chicken dinner with 2 sides, order came up to $18 one day and $15 the next day but yet the menu they have in the store says $12 for a large jerk chicken. The girls in there most of time have attitudes. This place have potential

This was a surprisingly great find! I was visiting Hampton University and was looking for a place to eat lunch. Found this place through Maps and very glad I did. I haven't had Caribbean food since I lived in Miami. I had the jerk pork with yellow rice and plantains. Most of the pork pieces were on the dry, over cooked side but they had good flavor. The rice was very good and the plantains were excellent! I will definitely be going back to try other dishes. What impressed me to come back other than the food was the fact that the place was a revolving door of people. The few tables they had were occupied but by the time people got their food a table was available. A lot of the food was for take out so people were coming and going on a regular basis. The amount of people that flowed through there made me realize that just because some of my pork pieces were dry didn't mean the rest of the menu would be the same.
