The reception people were friendly and helpful you can buy tickets and passes there. There is a pool, spa, gym and sauna around the back of the hotel. I found it to be a really great location even though it was my first time at the Gold Coast, the location is unbeatable. Very close to restaurants and the trams that come every 7 minutes (i think) and theres a bus stop a block away that takes you to movieworld and the other parks. Our room was dated but i liked the paintings which were of greek places. Our room had many views from different sides of the hotel and the TV has movie channels for evenings you want to stay indoors.

Very friendly on arrival but that’s where the good review ends. The rooms were very disappointing, dirty floors, looked like it had never been dusted. The curtains had holes in them from age. Photos on the website would be from when the hotel was new. Whole place needs a face lift, including the pool which also didn’t get clean and had lots of bugs in it each day. Overall extremely disappointing as we paid $2,500 for 1week. Certainly not a 4 star more like a 2 Star. Jean

Love this holiday apartments it has it's own swimming pool, gym etc it's close to shops etc would recommend this place to anyone

Was amazing when my Dad, brother and I stayed there! Vending machines throughout (good for when you need a snack) Near new Tram station Helpful staff Awesome room, pool, spa and facilities Games room was okay. Close to shopping centre and lot's of YUMMY food places nearby :) Excellent, will stay there again when we go to Surfers Paradise sometime in the following years

The place is nice, but looked much better from the exterior then what the rooms turned out to be.
