Very Lovely first experience! It is great to see what they've done with the space there! The seats are really comfortable and have a great footrest/recliner setting.nThere is a left to get to each floor and every floor had toilets too.nThere are lots of food and drinks options close to the area, which makes the pre/post experience even better!

Palace Cinemas always delivers a comfortable and plush movie experience, shows a great range of films and has a nice variety of food, but I feel like this location has not quite nailed it. The location is very reliant on escalators, to the extent that lobby areas feel a bit cramped, and the venue looks like it would lack the capacity to absorb a large number of people. The bathroom provisions are minimal, and once more, are reliant on getting escalators between various floors - I could imagine the lines being horrendous in between busy sessions. The venue is cashless or at least was when I attended, yet they have the audacity to charge a card surcharge! Staff seem friendly and well trained, my issues lie with the Palace Cinemas head office who have put a cinema in a location it doesn’t quite work.

Brilliant new cinema that is in a great spot on Puckle Street and is another high quality Palace Cinema. The staff are great and the reclining cinema seats very comfortable. I've already been twice since it opened and will keep coming back many times.

Ideally Located in the heart of Moonee Ponds Vibrant Puckle Street, Palace Cinemas Penny Lane would have to be the best in Comfort, Ambience and Cinematic Experience.nPalace Penny Lane offers 11 indoor Modern Cinemas with reclining seats where Cinemagoers can enjoy a movie in great comfort and ambience.nStaff are friendly and very helpful to tend to patrons needs.nPalace Cinemas Penny Lane is definitely the place to go to enjoy great movies.nHighly Recommended.
