It was our first time coming here! It was perfect. We found our member tickets being cheaper compared to other cinemas as a family. The cinema was very well clean, toliets amazing so clean and hygenic! The cinema itself was great as it was more of intimate feel rather then feeling overcrowded.nThank you so much 10/10.
Enjoy going to the cinemas. They have recliner seats And I love getting the feature length of wine, which of the larger one than normal. Great night out if you want to watch a movie
Lovely new cinema with recliner chairs. You can get good discounts with being a Palace member. Staff have all been lovely. They had an Indiana Jones night when I was there once with live music, special snacks and an advanced screening. It is inside the beautiful old Pentridge prison
There are far too many cinemas in Melbourne to come to one where they'll allow people to sit on their phones, talk and even take calls during the movie.nnPopped out halfway through a movie to talk to the very kind girl at the candy bar and she said she'd pop in and say something to the group, but never actually did.nnIt's unfortunate but I'd much rather go to Hoyts, as Palace just don't seem to care to provide a half decent viewing experience. I've been a member for 5 years with Palace but they're just not worth it the last 12 months.
I like this cinema and we go here regularly but I wish they would upgrade their projectors because the image quality is terrible. The image is very dim, and feels like a downgrade compared to my OLED TV at home. Please look into improving your image quality, as I would love to continue being a loyal customer!
