Super fantabulous and awesome food and service. Been a regular since almost 5 years now and cannot doubt the quality and taste of the food. Always spot on with every single instruction. High time that didn't put a review for such a great restaurant. Ordered food recently and as usual it was up to the mark. Food not traditional Thai more like Chinese my wife is Thai can judge. With Thai you expect spicey but not even see a chilli or even asked if we would like spicey. We had food for 3 and 6 drinks scotch 3 beer 3 only $119 great value.
Such small portions these days. Way overpriced for what you receive. Used to be awesome but now just a money maker. I have not taken any out and have called and still awaiting the call back you promised, stop replying via this platform and call me. You have my details as I called to fill you in on the details as requested in your last response. Don’t push the blame on me. Just trying to give honest feedback even if you don’t want it but others may.
My wife and I chose the cheapest banquet for two people. The food was definitely amazing, and the size of main dishes was large. We had to take one full disk away. The dessert was another highlight. Besides the delicious food, the atmosphere was good as well. We could see the sunset with the railway. Highly recommended!
I never tend to post reviews but this thai resturant is amazing. Good prices, good food and good staff. My table was missing 2 plates and I didnt even need to ask, waiter fixed it up as soon as she noticed.
Bad customer service. We ordered takeaway and waited an hour when they told us it would be 20 minutes, then they got our order completely wrong forgot items and didn’t provide our vegetarian needs then they refused to fix our order. Very unhappy

The food is too sweet and doesn’t taste like the authentic Thai food. The restaurant looks clean and tidy though. Staff seems to be friendly as well.
Absolutely fantastic food, this is our go to Thai shop. Thai is one of the more pricey take out options but I feel Pakenham Thai pretty spot on with what you could expect to pay.Recommended dishesRed Curry, Roti Bread, Pad Thai, Beef Salad, Chicken Spring Rolls
