I have always been treated really well here through both of my pregnancies. Every sonographer has been lovely and the staff too. It’s very easy to book my next appointments and I can call up anytime without having to wait. I have also had a blood test done here and the lady was fantastic, best one I’ve ever had taken I’d say! Not sure why there are so many bad reviews, all my ultrasound appointments have been on time and everything is free which makes me feel even more fortunate as paying for each ultrasound would add up very quickly!
The ultrasound techs are really great & I've had the best experience here out of anywhere else i've had an ultrasound. All the midwifes and OBs i've dealt with after my first appointment have also been very kind and understanding. The only downside is how far away this clinic is from home.
Overall was an okay experience during my pregnancy. Not as caring as you would expect in a maternity clinic. The midwives do not seem happy there .As excellent as casey hospital maternity staff it, this clinic is the complete opposite of it. One really bad encounter with a midwife where i ran late for a telehealth appt 5 mins delay and explained and her attitude was not only cold but said things that you should not be to someone who is pregnant . No empathy and no care , in a nutshell most people seem be working their half heartedly as if they are forced to.
Like other people who have given 1 star I wish I could give them a zero star. Zero empathy from reception staff named Alex female tell me off for being late 2 minutes and cancelled my appointment. This was done after I explained that there was an unplanned accident on the way to the clinic. Not sure if she has a racial problem or she is a low calibre not educated enough staff emplyed by the clinic.
I wish I could give 0 star rating to this health centre just because of that insensitive, rude and unprofessional doctor Dinesh . I am 37 week pregnant with gestational diabetes.I asked him about some of the symptoms and concerns i was experiencing but he refused to answer them in an appropriate manner instead he make me feel worried about my baby’s health. I was called to discuss my birth plan as I might get induced my labor due to GDM but he didn’t guided me instead gave me two printed papers about induction of paper which I can easily google.
