Overall an excellent experience.  The food was fresh and very tasty. Ambiance was enjoyable and relaxing. Service was friendly and overall quite good but struggled with the demand at times.  The prices were tremendous value for the food quality.  A most enjoyable evening.  Vegetarian options: Good selection of tasty vegetarian options.

Separate gluten free menu catered well for Coeliac.Food: 5/5

Firstly very friendly customer service, interior of the restaurant looked very authentic. Presentation of the food and taste was amazing. Enjoyed the experience very much and will visit again if we are in the area. Thank you

Absolutely horrendous customer service. My friends and I waited half an hour to even be served. And from then waited an additional hour and a half for entrees. Only to receive undercooked chicken wings see image attached. And when given another plate of chicken wings, they were still uncooked. My friends entrees tasted as if they had been bought from Coles and heated up in a microwave. We then asked to be served our mains and the girl said it could be another 50 minute wait. So we cancelled the order and bought kebabs across the road, highly recommend as they were not undercooked and only a 5 minute wait.

My favourite Thai in the Illawarra. Always fresh meat and flavourful. Friendly staff.  Parking: Street parking

Went recently, wait time absolutely ridiculous. 3 table in the whole place with customers, yet 1.5 hr wait for food. Food was ok, when it eventually got served to us.Food: 4/5

Horrible customer service. There was only one table at the moment we arrived. However, we had to wait 30 min for a WRONG ORDER! Additionally, I have to tell that another table arrived after us but that table was the one who was served first!! When we asked if they started cooking our meal, they said the kitchen did not even started. After all, we went to the pizza shop across the street. No big drama! Pizza saved the night.

A wonderful early birthday banquet for myself with 7 special friends, plus my beautiful partner who organised it all in conjunction with Pai Tong Thai restaurant. The staff were lovely, understanding of the fact that we stayed a little beyond closing time! and the food was superb. Thanks to all concerned.
