Great customers service, I believe it was the manager, brunette lady? She was really helpful, stayed late to help me find a dress and have me styling advice for what would suit my shape.
Went shopping for a friend's birthday dinner; was welcomed by a lovely lady who was amazing! She grabbed all my clothes I was going to try and and had set up the dressing room for me. Very kind and felt very welcomed! Decent sales on too! Sadly I couldn't find a dress! But definitely would go again just for that lady's service.
The Pagani Willis St team were amazing at helping me organise the bridesmaids dresses for my wedding!! So so friendly and went above and beyond to order in dresses in the sizes I needed from all over NZ. LOVE!
The service was good and helpful, and I love the vibrant colours they have in their range of clothes. They still have soft hues for those who prefer them and prices are reasonable.
