This has been my “local” train station for years. It’s a decent station, nothing to write home about, but it gets the job done. Gets you to central or circular quay in less than an hour
Great location and easy access to the town.
I’m a bit disappointed in recent Google reviews on this station. I’ve been using this station for 40 years and I can now get to Central on a clean and safe train service in 35minutes. By far the best feature at Padstow is the Station Manager Arthur. He keeps the station infrastructure spotlessly clean and always is ready with a greeting and a happy smile, even early on a rainy Sunday morning. Refer to Facebook reviews for more detail on the care and kindness Arthur has shown to station users.
Not too bad. You can access this station easily
Your machine doesnt take a keycard and you have no facility to pay with cash, not even the people in the office can help. So i need to have a card that allows online payments to ride a train from here?!?! This is ridiculous!!!
