I am a fan of Irish Soda Bread however already have am favourite baker so I wasn't sure theirs would taste as good! Happy to report that it was really yummy. Excellent with honey too!
Seriously impressed by the gluten free scone of the month… tried a sample at the market and enjoyed my scone at home gently warmed in the oven with a bit of butter.. so so good! I wasn’t expecting such a beautiful favour and texture, as well as very wholesome real food ingredients.. a big accomplishment when baking gluten free! Will be returning to try some of the other gf options!
Excellent Irish soda bread and potato bread :- available at many of the markets around the city. Took me back to our days living in Dublin :-
Amazing gluten free soda bread. I’ll be back for more! Can’t wait to try the gluten free pizza bases
I love Paddy's range of breads, especially the "Seriously Seedy" gluten free loaf. I don't have to eat gluten free food, just happen to like this version. The 'full leaded' variety is great too, as is Paddy's Potato Bread and scones. Some of the best bread I've ever eaten.
Lady at Wentworth Point markets seriously needs to take a chill pill. I was delighted to see something Irish and happily took a photo btw in a public place with hundreds of other people from far away of the whole booth, with the intention of buying some bread and sending the photo to my Irish mates to come have a look. Not even half way in do I get screamed at for apparently invading privacy and not respecting boundaries. Jesus Christ. Relax, you're not that important. What a pity. Sale lost and definitely will recommend my mates to NOT purchase at this stall.
Delicious bread. The 'seriously seedy soda bread' I bought on Saturday, at the Sutherland farmers' market, was indeed very generous with the seeds. I also love the farls. The bread is, admittedly, quite expensive, but it is high-quality and very very tasty.
I don't know why I took so long to use the delivery service, but anyway, I got some Coddle ingredients, potato bread, soda bread and English muffins delivered today. I've been missing potato bread from back home, and it was spot on. I'll be purchasing again soon. Thanks!
Top choice for coeliacs, Pat does outstanding gluten free bread in a true Irish style.
Delish Pizza bases & seedy bread!
