Paddington Medical Centre

We are a mixed billing practice.

The practice offers a comprehensive medical service seven days per week, and aims to provide the highest standard of patient care to our extensive client base. Our doctors are experts in paediatrics, geriatrics, women's health (including IUD devices), acupuncture, travel and holistic health.

Travel Health & Vaccinations

Paddington Medical Centre provides expert travel health advice, and offer a range of travel vaccinations for your journey, including Yellow Fever Vaccine. With 3 hours of convenient FREE parking off street; let us take care of your travel needs.

Consultations

Our practice operates on an appointment system. Please ring 3369 3922 to book an appointment. Our receptionists will make every effort to accommodate your preferred doctor and appointment time.

Emergencies will always be given priority and our reception staff will attempt to contact you if there is any unforeseen delay.

To help minimise waiting times, longer consultation times are available if required. We encourage you to request an extended appointment if you have a number of things to discuss with your Doctor. If you are unsure whether you require a long appointment, please ask our receptionists.

If you or a family member requires an interpreter service, we can organise this for you. Please let us know when you make the appointment.

Allied Health

Dietitians (Kate Di Prima and Nicola Weedon), Podiatrists (Bearfoot Podiatry) and a Counsellor (Keith Ung) visit the practice regularly. Please speak to reception staff if you require an appointment.

This surgery has massively improved over the last few years and the general Google review of 3.3 stars does not reflect my experience.  The receptionists were charming and efficient and I was contacted quickly by doctors who identified my medical problem and how to resolve it.   The process from phone call to request an appointment to seeing the doctor was two days with no stress!

I have been with this surgery for a few years and have nothing but respect and praise for everyone - especially the lovely ladies on reception all of whom are friendly, helpful and understanding.  And of course the doctors I have dealt with are smashing too.  I am very lucky as I know of many people who do not have such splendid surgeries.  Thank you Paddington Green.

I’ve had nothing but great experiences at this GP practice. They are responsive, caring and try to get you the best outcome possible. If it’s not urgent and you use the online service to describe you situation you get a response usually same day with some sort of follow up. Would highly recommend if you’re looking for a new GP in the area.

I have been with this surgery for about 3 years. All the staff I have met are very kind, professional and respectful. The receptionists are nice and always answer my call quickly. I'd like to say special thanks for Jo, the nurse for her help. She really went the extra mile for me. I'm truly grateful.

I have been a patient of this practice for years. All the staff are very kind and professional. They take exceptional care of me. Today I had confirmation from a French nurse Jo, who was very kind and helpful in calming me down before doing the pap test. The customer service for this practice is 5 stars but if I could I would give it 10!

I have been at this practice since 2021 now and the doctor who I have been seeing for the past few weeks is fantastic. The doctors have listened to my concerns, explained exactly what is wrong with me including using google to show me information about my condition and sending me links for me to continue my research. The doctor is thorough and offered reassurance when needed.  A truly great experience given by this Doctor and a prime example of how all patients need to be treated by their GP's. The ladies at reception are also superb. They are empathetic and always answer the phone calls with grace. They really have mastered the art of patience.

Miss Natalia Mousa is professional and respectful. She is very kind and cares about patients and asks if I am comfortable. I wish we could have the same personality everywhere.

Terrible centre.  Got an in person appointment, received a confirmation text and when I arrive they do not have my appointment recorded!Disgraceful treatment and completely disorganised and rigid.  Patients are human beings, a bit of understanding and empathy will go a long way!

Absolutely terrible service, have not had my request dealt with since October, each chaser is met with someone will call you back, no one has. Receptionist is unhelpful and just wants you off the phone. Cannot give minus stars as that’s what the practice deserves.

This is a brilliant surgery. All staff including doctors and non-medical staff are highly competent, sincere, dedicated and efficient! These are the people we often take for granted and only remember them when we are ill and vulnerable but I thought I recognise their hard work and thank them this way for making such a huge difference in our lives!! Well done for all your hard work… absolutely amazing GP surgery!
