This dry cleaner ruined my favorite silk dress. The way in which the lady dealt with the matter when queried was appalling, completely unprofessional and unacceptable. 

I didn't notice the damage when I picked it up because the dress was navy and the marks (which were all over the dress) were black. When I realized and went back to query the marks, which were not there when I dropped it off, the lady started to make accusations and shouted at me in front of other customers. 

Other than being completely mortified, they ruined my favorite dress and I would highly recommend you take your dry cleaning elsewhere!
