I can recommend Rick and Pack & Send with no hesitation! There was actually a problem delivering my item and Rick was onto it personally and professionally. In fact, his business provides the kind of good old fashioned service that is sadly disappearing. I wish there were more companies and business people like Rick and Pack & Send Shepparton. Many thanks.

Not only is Shepparton's Pack & Send faster, more efficient and cheaper than using the post, but Rick and Susan have been infinitely kind and helpful in dropping off and collecting boxes. Wonderful service.
