We couldn't be happier with the service we received from Andy Smart recently - it was a seamless experience. From the initial test drive what I really liked was that Andy is a no pressure sales person .. that's what initially brought me back to the showroom. I knew I wanted a small SUV so the new Yaris Cross hybrid was a good fit for me. Andy was completely upfront as to the delivery timeframe from Toyota and we were kept in the loop throughout the process via email and text. We were kept informed at every stage of car production and delivery. We really enjoy driving our new car and hope that when the time comes to have it serviced that the standards will be as professional as the new car sales team.
