Great until they hand you the keys. I would recommend buying a new toyota from the dealerships on the tablelands instead of cairns. Had issues with headlights on my new 2025 sr5 hilux 4 of the 6 screws holding the lens to the headlight have cracked and was told that they would not lodge a warranty claim because my car had been on dirt roads PDR headlight issue happened in less then 5000km. Also the bonnet protector was never installed correctly causing the screws to fall out ended up giving up and buying the replacement parts myself for the bonnet protector. Decided to take my hilux to atherton toyota instead and they have been great.
The sales rep, Andy, was knowledgeable, professional and extremely helpful throughout my purchasing experience. From vehicle selection to collection was less that a week. Although it probably helped that the exact vehicle model and colour was in stock! Regardless, I thoroughly recommend Pacific Toyota if a new Toyota is your thing.
