Lost me as a customer today. The older, lady  manager was both rude and dismissive. The Deli may well have some great produce, but its substandard customer service has put me off. Will not be back.

Disgusting, avoid! Watch out for insects in their products. Unless you want some extra protein for your buck of course. The best before date is not a guarantee of quality either. This is also a good indication of the freshness of other stuff in this shop.

Great deli with a fairly wide range of meats and products. Since the redevelopment the new staff they’ve brought on are nowhere near as knowledgeable, fast, or friendly as they used to be, which really lets down the hard work they’ve put in.

My favourite deli. They have a great range of cured meats, cheeses and condiments. The deli stocks food items from different European countries. They recently renovated and now have a hot food bar.

Great deli with lots of stock, however for me staff let it down. If you're lucky enough to find a nice staff member that's a bonus. After today I won't be visiting this deli again. Rude Asian staff member with no hygiene knowledge. Won't go into detail, however what she did has put me off this shop.

Nice coffee and very good cakes, helpful friendly staff.

I used not to have such a high opinion of this shop. That's changed.  Staff that go out of their way to be patient and help you purchase with not a problem about letting you try before you buy.  Well worth the look and well worth the money.

Not bad Canolli, two seemed fresher than the other, not bad though and good service,...
