Sat in waiting room for 1hr 10 minutes, finally went in and dentist was very rushed. The most painful clean I’ve ever experienced as he rushed though it! Used only 1 tool to do the clean. Will not be returning.

Extremely disappointing customer service. I made an appointment over 3 weeks ago online and received a confirmation email. When I attended the appointment I was told I didn't have one and the online booking system often had problems.

Dr Michael Reilly is the only dentist that I've ever felt at ease. I knew this today when I checked my heart rate while in the waiting room and it was only 65 bpm ... He explains everything and also listens to you. He certainly is the best dentist I've ever been to ....ever !

Please advise customers if their dentist is running behind. Its stressful enough waiting but when i checked i today there was no mention that the dentist was running behind. After 20 min i asked how much longer as i had another appointment after the dentist. I was advised at least another 10 to 15 min, but they weren't running behind when i got there. I got there 5 min before my appointment...so how does that happen? I had to cancel and reschedule as apparently leaving 2hrs between appointments wasn't long enough.

I am absolutely petrified of Dentists. As a kid I had A bad experience and have found it very difficult to go to the Dentist ever since. That changed after I went to Pacific Smiles Jesmond.  I was made to feel very welcome which also made me feel a lot more calm and relaxed. The Dentist went through my procedure step by step, which also made me feel better. I highly recommend the Guys at Pacific Smiles Jesmond.

Dr.Jad is an amazing dentist! Very patient, friendly, thoroughly, professional and supportive. Was the first dentist to pick up on a serious problem and always made time after my treatment to reassure me. Also did the first clean for my 3 year old, great first experience for her. Thnx!

The kindest most caring compassionate Dentist Jad and his assistant today..I am beyond petrified of Dentists and was in severe pain and fear, they made me feel calm and where both so encouraging..can’t thank or recommend them enough...
