Decided to swap dentists and give these guys a go due to offering no-gap general dental through my health fund. Very happy with their service & it's convenient for me as they're open until 8pm on Thursdays - so I don't need to take time out of work for a checkup! Vert friendly staff, would definitely recommend :)

I was very nervous about having to have a tooth surgically removed but Dr Zeidan was amazing. It was quick and painless and I felt calm and comfortable the whole time. Thank you

Dr Robert Ha is a brilliant dentist and really takes a moment to care for his patients. I’m currently seeing him for a treatment plan and he is doing it in stages and recommending ones I need done urgently, first. He also often pauses to check im doing ok during the procedure and not in any pain. Plus he always offers advice and suggestions to look after your teeth in future. The team at Helensvale are always happy and friendly and I find appointment times are very flexible for a busy office worker.

Best experience I have ever had going to a dentist, I put off going for a long time and had a lot of work to do. I cannot thank Dr Robert Ha enough for getting me all sorted! He seems to be so knowledgable and confident at what he does. Also Tiphany the receptionist is a huge asset to Pacific Smiles, she was so pleasant each time I visited the practice... All in all a great experience and I no longer feel anxious about visiting the dentist, thank you guys so very much.

2 days after wisdom teeth extraction my wife came back due to major swelling & infection... she was taken by ambulance to emergency... not to many smiles here...
