Had a small filling fall out and was told to do a root canal or removing the tooth is the only option. Got my quote to do the root canal and then it ended up costing an extra $500 than quoted and I was given no written quote throughout process until I asked multiple times for a written breakdown. Following the root canal I was then pressured into getting a crown straight away and was told that my tooth would break within a couple weeks if I didn’t get it. I have seen another dentist and have been advised that this isn’t necessary. These people clearly do not have the best interests of patients at heart and just want to make money.
Went in for a clean and consultation, they did the quickest job ever I barely felt a difference. In consult I was Advised I’d need a root canal from one of my back molars even though I had no pain, so I went and got a second opinion and have since had the tooth filled with no need for root canal, for less than half the cost and pain free. I don’t trust their expertise or that they have customers best interests at heart. More about making money
Dr Liew is great, as is his assistant and Ruby the receptionist. I don't like going to the dentists, put it off for 8 years but these guys were great
Nicola is a fantastic dentist - very gentle and patient - I am a nightmare and a giant baby when it comes to the dentist, and I had to have a tooth extracted. Nicola went through things thoroughly, and literally had the tooth out and the whole thing over before I knew it - amazing. I'd highly recommend her for anyone, but if you are nervous - Nicola is definitely the dentist for you. Lovely reception staff too, who knew how nervous I was and were great with me when I arrived. Thanks all - not quite so scared of dentists anymore :.

The dentist was good although the procedure was very quick. I had to pay cash as reception told me my claim through HICAPS did not go through. I called my health fund and they produced a letter that it was all paid for to the provider. The clinic asked for a lot of requirements before they would pay me back. When I gave them the requirements, I was told they will deposit it to my account. But I never got the money back. Called back many times the last couple of days and no one can give me any solution to my issue. So they still owe me money! Bad customer service. Patients are treated like numbers! No personal touch. Will never ever go back!!!
They were pretty nice, I got a filling to fill the gap in my front teeth, they were very rough, hurting my gums and the filling doesn't blend with my teeth or have a real look to it. Left with glue on my top lip I told them about constantly but they did nothing. Won't be going back it was a waste of money wish I didn't spend that much on a filling that doesn't look nice.
Very professional service, Rupen my dentist was probably the nicest Dentist that I have ever been too. I felt that he was very professional and thorough. Would definitely come back and recommend. The reception staff were friendly as well.
Nicola is a wonderfully kind, patient, knowledgeable and gentle dentist with a compassionate manner and captivating Scottish accent. The practice is ocean-fresh, non-intimidating and conveniently located near the entrance to the Kawana shopping centre. No fear, no pain in the mouth or the pocket. Can highly recommend Nicola.
I had a chipped tooth and they were all booked out. They squeezed me in to get it sorted for the working week. Amazing service received. Joe Hollywood is very professional and a perfectionist while getting things done in a timely manner. Highly recommend!
