We have just had our patio roof replaced and we could not be happier! Steve did an amazing job - the build quality, finish and attention to detail are all exceptional - we could not have asked for anything better. We went with Pacific Patios based on recommendation, they also happened to be the most competitive quote, so not only did we get great value - we got an exceptional job. I used pacific patios about 4 months ago and was very happy with the result. There were a few niggles along the way due to staffing shortages, but so is everyone on the Gold Coast. Steve rectified the issues and delivered a great result. I would definitely recommend and use again. Would have been 4½ stars but google reviews dosen't do ½ stars.
Seamless transaction from start to finish. A little pricier than some of the competition, but the quality is fantastic and the tradies were a cut above normal. Their attention to detail was off the scale. Very satisfied customer.
