This was a very good hostel for my stay in Sydney - centrally located and a twenty minute walk to the Opera House. The private room was very spacious and quiet at night. Bathrooms and showers were clean and always had hot water. A lot of social areas in the hostel, but it was very busy and the kitchen area was always packed. Breakfast was also very busy at 7:30am, but they did have gluten free bread and cereal which was excellent!
The Pacific House Hostel is great! I loved staying there. It is easy to get connected to others travelling with the organized activities. The free breakfast is basic but gives you a good start to your day. It would even be better with some fresh fruit
This was the best hostel I’ve stayed in. Super clean, very organised, and the atmosphere was great.nThe only thing I would change are the USB-A outlets next to the beds, since not all chargers use that type of cable anymore.nEverything else was excellent, highly recommended!
Big size rooms and nice facilities.nThe will store your bass until check in at 2pm.nThe door doom entry is very good, felt safe.nJust the doom beds are not numbered which made it confusing.n24 hour desk which is helpful.nFree breaky was includednRecommend this stay - solo traveler.
Terrible sleep but nice staff. Worst sleep of my entire two week trip i had stayed at multiple hostels with a friend. The room’s window was broken so it was kept open while the room was super stuffy with 6 people. We tried to use the AC but it was so weak and wasted because of the broken open window. Everyone was tossing and turning the whole night. Beds are shaky and squeaky, you can feel the person below you move every time. Clean and private bathrooms which was the biggest benefit. Large hostel with many different spaces to hang out which is good. I regret staying at this hostel for our last night in Australia
