Enjoyed a wonderful 90min massage by Justine. Comfortable, warm and relaxing environment. Justine was very friendly and really listened. She got to work on specific areas that needed extra attention and made you feel like VIP!

Disappointing experience. Got a facial here. Left with hair covered in oil that I had to tie up and scrub remnants still on my face. I bought this up when paying and got told it is normal. In my experience it certainly isn't. I'd recommend finding somewhere else.

Highly recommend an Indian head massage !! The best in town and Raahila is the eyebrow Queen of Dunedin !! 5 stars!

When i first moved from Auckland, I was worried that I wouldnt have a good place to go to in Dunedin to get all of my waxing done. How wrong was I about that! I have been going to Pacific Bliss for the last 3 months and I am so happy I made the decision to give them a go! The girls there are absolutely fantastic! The owner Raahila is fantastic to deal with and Justine is just as good which was so reassuring. Everytime I go there I feel so welcome, relaxed and best of all COMFORTABLE! This is the place to go if you are looking for a great wax and better customer service. I am looking forward to getting a massage done soon. Thank you Pacific Bliss Day Spa!
