I really hope this place changes the way they present their prices on the menu. I ordered the "No Noods" oyster with beef which says "from $14.95" and didn't notice on the menu that their was an add on charge for beef +$5 until I paid and saw the receipt. Wasn't advised by their cashier either that there was an extra charge. I got the meal as takeaway and when I went home, saw that they only gave 5 pieces of beef. Very disappointing and definitely will not be back
food is always enjoyable at the restaurant, the prawn dumplings vegetable pad thai were delectable as way the chicken fried rice, I would encourage the restaurants to run deals and introduce discounts as well
Really bad food quality and taste, also too oily . Strongly not recommend here. Thai fried rice with drink over 22 dollars. Named thai only.
I rated 5 Star 5years back now I have to reduce it due to the quantity of the servings in recent days. This rating is not for the food taste. It is delicious as usual. I am one of the regular customers for P’Nut. I ordered through buy2 get 1 free deal but requested extra chicken for one of the item because I felt chicken quantity was less last time but unfortunately after paying for extra chicken still the quantity of the chicken in the food is not same like old days. Same for other 2 items as well. Please don’t cutdown the quantity, instead you can increase the price a bit.
This place used to be my absolute favorite when I lived in Sydney. I would feast on the Thai Basil fried rice twice, maybe thrice a week. This dish was packed with flavors blended beautifully with the aromatic jasmine rice and peppers. Must try for anyone who enjoys spicy food.
Please have an understanding on vegan food. You don’t add eggs when it comes to vegan food then argue with a loyal customer. You just lost a loyal business customer of 3 years. Our office staff are also annoyed with the behaviour. Response - there won't be email as your so called manager knows the scenario. How hard is to google vegan and cater accordingly? Lies won't help. Thanks
The food, service and prices are are amazing. I always put off coming here as I thought there would be cheaper prices and more convenience elsewhere, but I was wrong. I got a great portion size for a great price, and it came so quickly! Highly recommend.
Ordered 4 meals but only got 2. Asked for not spicy yet was spicy. Nasi Goreng not very nice at all. The staff member I think the owner was not very nice Parking: Parking is easy big carpark
Ordered on-line through their own website they promise a discount but dont send it to you until after you make your order. Food was average tasting and $19 for a pad thai of this quality is not worth it. The receipt even had a online surcharge written on it but no amount so I think I paid more just to order online. I can understand a surcharge if it's 3rd party website but its their own so this should not be applied. I don't think I would go back to this place unless the quality of food increased or prices drop.
We ordered from Vegan Menu, which arrived with egg. This is probably the 30th time we would have ordered from P’Nut and the other times, they had no issues or misunderstanding. A mistake is not the problem, the problem is not accepting it. They blamed us for not mentioning no egg along with Vegan. Rather than giving the refund because our staff did not eat the food and we had to order at another restaurant, they offered 25% discount for next time, which cannot cover the costs for the food we paid for but did not eat. Off late, their service have been horrible. Think before you order.
