Well what can I say...... it's a company and they sell stuff . Got the materials for for Colorbond fence from them. One thing I can say it's awesome quality and the profiles of their Colorbond is much nicer than some of the other companies I enquired with. Other than that....good customer service and friendly fellas working there. Would recommend to anyone
I hate writing reviews like this, especially for a company that has served me well in the past, but when a company drops the ball this badly on such a basic courtesy it needs to be called out, if for no other purtpose than to give them the opportunity to fix the problem. I suspect that they may be the victims of their success and have not learned how to scale their business. I was supposed to meet Darren on site at Sherwood this afternoon to measure up 2 jobs for a Body Corporate. The appointment was made last Thursday after some initial difficulties establishing contact. After the agreed time had passed by a reasonable period, I called Ozwhite to check he was on his way. I was told he had a private appointment which happens, I get that. What should not have happened was that I was not informed of the change in plans before I started travelling to the site. That omission is hard to justify. If they are so busy that they can ignore a repeat customer seeking a quote for a job then perhaps they should stop advertising but that hasn't happened. All they had to do to keep me on side, was call me earlier to reschedule, but they didn't. Not good enough Darren.
Within days of having a concrete sleeper wall constructed, some of the sleepers started to sink. Colourbond siding not fixed properly in one bay, swaying in the wind. Darren did come back to try and fix the wall but to no avail. Time and time again had to contact them over a 8 month period. Excuse after excuse and never showed up to fix the issues. Finally gave up and arranged another contractor at further expense to rectify the problems. Do not use Oz White Fences.Service: Fence installation
