Just picked up a Traxxas WideMaxx from the guys at ozrc and couldn't be happier with the service I got from them. Had an initial issue with it so I brought it back and they fixed it on the spot in under 10mins for me so I could give it back to my nephew.nnThey stock a large number of brands of cars and a huge range of spare and upgrade parts for them at very good prices. I will certainly be returning for all my future rc cars and parts thats for sure.
Very helpful sales staff. Went above and beyond normal level of service. They had what I needed in their loose screw draws in their service department and he took the time to go through the loose screws to find the two tiny screws I needed. Then refused to take any money for them. Highly recommend.
I have been using these guys for approximately 16 years. I live in Sydney & always make it a point of dropping in when I come through the area. The staff are always more than happy to help & can usually point out a substitute part if the one I need is out of stock. Genuinly great customer service & I will always highly reccommend them. AAA+++
Guys there were great. Helped me grab all the parts I need to build my cars. For my 1st time buying an Tamiya frog. They were really helpful in making sure I had everything and helped on price a fair bit as I bought 3 kits. Will be back
Cant recommend these guys enough .nMy 1st interaction was brilliant , It was not so much about the money like most places these days. They are devoted to the customer with reliable infomation and courteous manners.These guys saved me money and gave me knowledge that will save me more and will make my experience into RC Traxxas cars more enjoyable .
