I came here to get nails done. Waited there for almost 30 minutes. I told them to give me nail colours to select from while I wait but they ignored me so I left. Such bad customer service. If they don’t have time they should have told me so I would have gone to some other place. Even when I walk out they didn’t try to stop me or ask me why I am leaving. Hate it. Never recommend.
Im very upset with the service i got today. Firstly had to wait 30 minutes to get seen. She then proceeded to cut me three times while filing my nails. At this point i was already upset but now onto the polish. It is patchy with chunks of other colours throughout. She missed my nails and got it all over my fingers while at the same time missed complete chunks. On top of this $35!!!!! if there was a 0 star option i would have put -3 stars. Would not recommend!!! save your money. i went home and cried.Service: Gel manicures
nice staff but felt a little bit bad as they charge $10 more for no reason just depending on the length of the nails which were not even that long and moreover i felt like they were making fun of me in their own language when they charge me that extra money. thinking not to come back. thank youService: Acrylic nails
HORRIBLE SERVICE I got the opposite of what I asked for , then got yelled at when I expressed my dissatisfaction. The male was more understanding, the female however horrible customer service, Rude and ill manner. And then I got charge 60 for the rubbish they did on my nails. straight off the bat two girls came out crying as im walking in. not a good look. Worried, i walk in and ask for acrylic french tips the woman serving me was nasty and ordered i sat down after waiting 45 MINUTES! , at this point i was worried about extra charges for sitting in their waiting room. she started cutting my cuticles, more like my fingers! she started painting my bleeding nails but i had to remind her that it was a french tip i asked for, not a full coat. I left with hurt nails and a hurt wallet.
I got a manicure and pedicure here on new years eve 2022. I figured since it was very quiet, they wouldn't rush me and actually do a good job. How wrong was I. I've never had athletes foot in my life and now I have it on both my feet due to them not using disposable tools/toe separators/basin cover like they're supposed to. I deeply regret going to this store. They are rude and disgusting and so unhygienic. $90 for an atrocious rush job and feet infection on top of that!! DO NOT GO TO THIS NAIL SALON!Services: Manicure
The worst manicure ever! Did shellac on Friday, the job was rushed, zero attention to detail, cuticles and edges were pretty irregular and nail polish over my cuticles. Plus it's peeling off badly only 4 days after!! Do not waste your hard earned money here! Not worth it. I will go back for a refund, that's for sure!
The gentleman who works at Oz Nails did such an amazing job on my nails! He listened to me and did exactly what I asked for. Salons can be so hit and miss so I happy to find somewhere that actually did what I asked for.Services: Sculpted nails
