Awesome Customer Service, very helpful with navigating the website and even delivered my item free of charge in their own time… thank you Ozmosis Warragul I will be sure to recommend you to family and friends
Staff wandered off 4 different times during glasses try ons, seemingly more interested in flirting with local teens than assisting customers and making sales. Attempting to use kids gift vouchers to purchase glasses took over 40 mins, most of the time spent “looking out the back” for “boxes” both pairs apparently were stocked out due to “selling that exact pair” earlier in the day... wow! Suggest that people find a properly stocked and competently staffed OZmosis and avoid this muppet show!
Very helpful! Unlike last shop I tried they offered to order me in the shoes I wanted. Highly recommend!
Great service, great stock. Always friendly staff, just a little expensive, but other than that, amazing.
