Giving this rating just for the staff, train station isn't that bad. Staff however had to be told by customers that they thought a train was going to be late and she told them no and had to be shown the screen that said it was. She finally got on the PA to announce that it was going to be late and if you were heading to the city to go to a different platform. So most people left. She then came out of her little office and litterally yelled at anyone who was left that we had to go to the other platform even though the people left werent going to city and needed to catch the train that was a little late or even the train heading in the opposite direction. She then proceeded to stand at the top of the stairs and anyone who tried to come up yelled at them to go to the other platform before even asking them where they were going. She was very rude. She made me feel very uncomfortable when she singled me out and yelled at me to get off the platform and go to the other.

Has frequent trains and Staff are very friendly and helpful. Station is kept neat and tidy.
