I had to click on at least 1 star to be able to post this, but my real rating is 0 stars. Just appalling way to do business. If you accept a job and you say you are going to do it a certain day you should at least advise that you can't make it that day, a phone call a text or something. I shouldn't be chasing you around. Then you say you are going to come another day, and yet no show and no phone call to say sorry or something. Third time you still don't show up. Unprofessional, unpolite, totally unreliable. Just get someone that knows how to do business to do your garden, don't waste time with this company.

Does not respond to emails or phone messages. Schedules work and then no contact for over a month. A rating of one is generous.

These guys are the business!! No detail was over-looked, from the initial planning stages and consultation right through to layout and completion, they came up with a superb concept that transformed our backyard dirt box into a unique landscape that truly made an impact! A pleasure to work with the OuterLife crew and totally recommend them =)
