We bought multiple items from this company and are extremely happy with the quality of each item. Not to mention the outstanding customer service from them going above and beyond to ensure we were happy. They stock a massive range of outdoor furniture, we just found it hard to decide which piece to buy as we liked so many of them! We highly recommend outdoor living direct and we would be more than happy to purchase from them again.
BUYER BEWARE! Do not buy of this dodgy company. Products were made with multiple faults. When you tried to get the faults rectified you were told product support only works a few hours a week and there is no one else there that has any authority to sort problems out. The managers are always "out". The staff do not even know their own products, and when they finally send out replacements for incorrect parts after ages trying to get them, they send the wrong parts anyway. Our outdoor couch had multiple incorrectly made parts. The legs were misshapen straight out of the box and would not fit. And to top it all off once we finally got all the correct parts and put it together, a bunch of the cushions were missing. These guys charge a premium and the products are cheap imported junk with some of the worst quality control you have ever seen. Backed up by shocking after sales service. Avoid at all costs!
Outdoor living direct really back their products. We had an issue with ours outside of warranty. I emailed the service desk and they agreed that even though we were well outside warranty, the furniture should not have had that issue. The 3 components were replaced. Outstanding. Thank you so much to all involved.
Claire was a fantastic help in providing replacement covers at no charge. I purchased pool chairs 5 years ago and the quality of their furniture is second to none and really great prices. Wouldn’t shop anywhere else thanks again
Poor quality products. My outdoor setting arrived damaged and faulty. The wood was flimsy so not surprised it arrived damaged. A refund was requested and this took over 4 weeks to process.
Thanx to all the friendly staff at Outdoor Living.. Beautiful staff they kindly put up with my decision making on the purchase of all my decking area. Totally fell in love with the quality of their furniture. Happy with my very large purchase.

Nice collection, good quality, great deals, nice staff, fast delivery and has disabled toilets too. @dandenong-frankston road showrooms, you you will not find public toilets Better wicker set quality and prices compared to harvey norman. Whats best is extra set of cousion covers for $100. Ask for deal and you may get a discount : Highly Recommended !!
Purchased a swinging pod chair and got home and removed the packaging and found that the pod had been damaged obviously during shipping. I contacted Jacob at the store and he was very apologetic. I later received follow up contact from Kate and Marnie. I exchanged the damaged item without any hassle on the next business day. I was very impressed with the follow up and prompt replacement. Will definitely return and recommend this company.
Very disappointed with the service. I was advised that my order was being delivered, it never arrived. I have been chasing up for 1 week, no one returns calls. Then I am spoken to rudely by the staff as they are busy and I am obviously inconveniencing them. Still waiting on my order.
