We could not be more impressed with this company. There was some confusion about the size of an outdoor lounge that we ordered- they replaced it within the hour and gave us a refund on the difference. We so appreciate their professionalism, promptness and amazing customer support, and recommend them unreservedly.
Outdoor Elegance are a quality company who provide quality furniture and outstanding customer service. I purchased an outdoor setting from them. Unfortunately, there was an imperfection in the tabletop however Outdoor Elegance were so helpful and replaced the tabletop immediately. They also provide an outstanding delivery service with fantastic drivers. I would not hesitate recommending them and purchasing from them again. Highly recommend!!

We purchased a teak outdoor table and have been very happy with the quality of it compared to previous tables and the care advice given was very helpful. Was so happy with the service we have since purchased a new set of outdoor chairs to suit and a hanging chair too. Great product range and happy with the prices. I purchased an outdoor setting from Outdoor Elegance. On two different occasions I had a problem. When I contacted the company both issues were dealt with to my satisfaction and in a professional manner. The staff are helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. A great range of furniture is available to choose from. I highly recommend Outdoor Elegance if you are looking to purchase outdoor furniture.
