I've visited this place a few times before, but I never left a review. However, this time around, I had an amazing experience. From the moment we walked in, the staff provided us with exceptional service. They were super funny and made our time there super enjoyable. The unlimited soft drinks were a great bonus, but we mainly came for the steak. I decided to try the Victorian Steak, and it was cooked to perfection. It had delicious flavors, was tender, and juicy, making it the perfect choice. My sister always recommends the Ranch sauce, and she had it with everything, including the Garlic Bread. Overall, we had such a great time that we plan to dine here again in the future..
Dinner here on a Friday night. Unfortunately, it was 36 degrees outside, and it seemed almost that warm inside. I think either the AC was stuffed, or management had an aversion to turning it up. Sitting in a booth with vinyl seats in those conditions is not a pleasant experience. Anyway, steaks were cooked brilliantly. Maybe a little underdone to what you'd expect, so if you like medium pink, but no blood, then I'd order a medium well. Salads were ok. Beers were extremely cold. Wait staff looked about 12 years old, but seemed to be on the ball. Oh, the strawberry milkshake was very disappointing. Milk, and a bucket load of syrup does not make a good shake. Insulin shots all around after a sip of that.

We headed to Outback Steakhouse at Campbelltown for a locals night dinner. The staff were amazing, they gave the kids pencils and colouring paper so that the grown ups could actually enjoy some conversation. Our waiter Nathan was very attentive and accommodating with our kids who we're keen to eat their meals. The food arrived very quickly and was absolutely delicious. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to enjoy a nice family meal. Kid-friendliness: The staff were excellent with our kids!
From the minute we arrived we had the best service, from being greeted, to the manager Renee introducing herself & welcoming us was an awesome touch. Nathan the waiter who never disappoints, his service is always exceptional. The food was the best, compliments to the chef. Thank you guys.Food: 5/5
Where do I start… My first time coming to THE Stake House and may I say not only did the food and drinks top any restaurant experience I’ve had, but Nathan hands down made it that 100x more of an experience. Such a friendly person with such a great personality I cannot fault! Please raise this man he deserves to be treasured! Cheers :
Service was on the dot, very friendly staff. The guy on wearing the check shirt was amazing great sense of humour. The manager was very understanding and helpful, didn’t ask me second time about the rib that I sent back. We paid $410, food quality is not that great anymore! I was very disappointed with the food quality . I understand the shortage of staff, but this chef is absolutely ruining the reputation of this place. I was so disappointed seeing the ribs, that I stopped taking photos! We also ordered Pasta and 3 mor Rib Eye Steak, which was not cooked according to our order. Some were under cooked or over cooked! PLEASE CHANGE THE CHEF. I didn’t mind paying for my food, but seriously everyone expects a better food when paying premium price. The staffs friendliness is the only reason I’ll probably go back but if this is the same chef, I’ll probably walk out.
A nice place for a well cooked steak dinner. Service was ok and and the atmosphere and the look of the place was great.Food: 4/5
The staff at the entrance lacked attentiveness, repeatedly asking the same question three times. The table service from a male in his 40s was energetic, but he needs to read the room before making jokes. Regarding the food: it was satisfactory overall. The chips were fresh and the drinks were served promptly. The wings were exceptional. However, the chicken breast accompanying the proprietor's special was disappointingly overcooked and dry, while the ribs and steak lacked flavor, which would leave any avid barbeque enthusiast unsatisfied. The bill amounted to $190 for five people, including children.
Have been a few times now and the latest time was my best experience, used to avoid the place but worth giving it a try if you haven't been in a few years. Not so dark and gloomy inside. Staff where nice and friendly. The steak and chicken options are great and plenty of other options on the menu. I will try again soon and if the experience is equivalent or better, I will bump to a 5 star
