Outback Jacks Bar & Grill

The food was sensational, as was the service. The young lady that served us really did this restaurant proud. The service was quick and the food was fresh. We loved the free refills on all the soft drinks too. We'll be back again.

Dined here recently with some friends and we were all thoroughly impressed with the quality of service, the food and cocktails. Special mention for Blake, whom delivered outstanding customer service and seems to genuinely enjoy what he does. If there is a customer delight award, he definitely deserves it! Well done

Thoroughly enjoyed our lunch here today. All staff were so friendly and served us efficiently, in a timely manner. The food was delicious and plated nicely. Easy wheelchair access. The new booking system is so easy & user friendly + conforms to new NSW Health rules for Covid. We'll be back definitely.

Been here without booking. Staff were great. Awesome teamwork, ambiance is Perfect for the occasion delicious food. They offered services without being asked. Good job. Will definitely comeback.

We dined at the steakhouse and were pleasantly surprised. The staff were friendly and very accommodating to our special diet. Overall it was a great experience and fantastic service! The steaks were cooked perfectly and everything was delicious.

Service was friendly although may be forgetful. Steak was requested for medium rare but came out medium to well done. Despite this the food was tasty. For the prices, expected much better.

It's our first time to visit Penrith, and we're from Melbourne. Our lovely friend recommended Outback Steakhouse, and I must say that their food is fantastic. We'll come back here and bring some of our friends. And thank you to Courtney and Casey for their excellent customer service.
