Out and About Healthcare - Rockhampton

EXPECT NO SERVICE AFTER YOU PAID!!!! No stars for this mob. I have to give 1 star otherwise I can't post this. I paid a lot of money for a useless machine. The beach observer wheelchair failed after only 5 times of use on the beach. There's already screws rusting, the gates that hold the batteries in are broken off. The battery terminals are touching the steel. (apparently not an issue because they are covered by a piece of plastic). You can't even get the back cover off for your routine maintenance. After my initial concern when the gates broke off were raised, no one ever returned my calls or messages or emails. But the main thing is I can't use it as the angle of my path to the beach is more than 25 degrees. That's why the gates broke off, the angle is steeper than 25 and now Out and About don't care! They say it's not steeper than 25 degrees and it's fine for what I need it for. So now I have to prove it's steeper than 25 degrees and then they MIGHT give me a full refund for a chair I only used 5 times. (I had to be pushed up the path the last 3 times as the thing can't do it). EXPECT NO SERVICE AFTER YOU PAID!!!!
